Plan your calendar in a spreadsheet
Sheets 2 Calendar is a Google Sheets add-on that syncs events between a spreadsheet and Google Calendar, in both directions.
What it does
- Import events from one or all of your calendars for a day or a date range into an Events sheet.
- Edit titles, emojis, colors, dates, start and end times or durations, and move events to another calendar, all in the sheet.
- Export your changes back to Google Calendar with one click: new rows become events, edited rows update them, ticked rows delete them.
- Templates for recurring routines (daily, weekdays, weekends, a weekday or a day of the month) that are added to your calendar automatically every night, with options to pause them.
Getting started
- Open a Google Sheet and choose Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons, then search for Sheets 2 Calendar and install it.
- Choose Extensions → Sheets 2 Calendar → Setup. This creates the Events and Templates sheets.
- Tick Import on the Events sheet, edit the rows, and tick Save changes.
Your data stays in your Google account. The add-on runs on Google's Apps Script platform under your account and only works with your own spreadsheet and calendars. Your events and spreadsheet contents are never sent to the developer or to anyone else. Details in the Privacy Policy.
